SDUT’s achievements in information-based teaching reform publicized by Shandong Higher Education Comprehensive Reform Newsletter

Recently, Shandong Higher Education Comprehensive Reform Newsletter (Issue 10, 2016), supervised by Shandong Provincial Department of Education, reported on SDUT’s reform experience and achievements from its in-depth integration model of the information technology and curriculum teaching, emphasizing three aspects of the reform, including strengthening the top design with clear teaching objectives, “exploring the route map of reform with different teaching modes”, and optimizing the evaluation methods to improve the teaching quality”. This newsletter is presented to the Ministry of Education, the provincial leadership, the provincial office of the Communist Party of China Committee, the provincial government office, as well as the provincial departments and institutions of higher learning.

In recent years, SDUT has actively promoted the teaching reform in the Internet environment with the theme on in-depth integration model of the information technology and curriculum teaching. With the closed-loop system management of planning-implementation-evaluation, SDUT has continuously improved its education and teaching quality as well as its talents training quality, making fruitful achievements in deepening information-based teaching, and bringing about a great reaction and widespread concern in and out of Shandong Province.
